1. Ordering
Simply leave a comment with a return email address or send me a email at earthtoneonline at yahoo dot com dot sg stating the item and quantity you will like. I will reply you for confirmation.
2. Payment
Please pay within 3 working days of order confirmation. In the event of delay and a lack of response from the buyer, I will relist the item without further notice.
All payments via paypal.
Singapore buyers can pay via posb transfer.
3. Shipping
All shipping is sent via Singapore Post Airmail within 3 working days of payment. It is an affordable and fast shipping method.
Paypal address will be used. Pls advise ASAP if you want it to be shipped to other address.
I’d be happy to combine shipment to help you reduce costs.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with the item, you can return it to me. Shipping charges will be borne by buyer. I will give refund if the item returns in the same condition as it was sent out.
Additional Policies and FAQs
There could be minute colour variations on some pictures due to lighting or image correction. I do my best to potray the items in their most accurate form, but variation can still occur due to different colour representations on different monitors.
